Booking Requests are only accepted with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Rescheduling/Cancellations can be made 24 hours beforehand via email at contact@carolsartistry.com.

If you are unable to make it to your appointment,

please notify us within a minimum of 24 hours in advance so that your deposit can be used for your rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations after the 24-hour window will be charged in FULL, also non-refundable.

Clients are only allowed to reschedule an appointment upon prior notice ONCE with the same deposit. Any rescheduling after the first attempt will be voided and a new deposit will be required.
